SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 4-6 business days. If an item goes out of stock, we will contact you with replacement or refund options.

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays.

RETURNS & EXCHanges

At LIT WIX, all sales are final. However, we will gladly assist if:

  • Your product arrives damaged (contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order confirmation).

  • You received the wrong product (contact us within 14 days of delivery).

REFUNDS

  • Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item.

  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
