shipping & returns
Most orders are shipped out in 4-6 business days. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of the package being shipped out.
We don’t offer exchanges or returns, however, if your product arrives damaged or if you react to your product we are here to help. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us photographic proof of damage and your order confirmation email.
If you have received the wrong product, or if there was a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your package being delivered.
